The Robust feel and weight, clarity of screen, functionality, signal, ease of use.
No screen protection, learning curve of new Nokia menu system. Poor installed games for such a machine. The manual is not the clearest.
I was unsure about this Nokia 7650 mobile phone due to it's size and price tag. After many visits to various mobile centres fiddling with the non working display models I decided to buy one. The display models do not do this phone justice. The real thing is so much better. It's well balanced, solid and has a really clear colour screen. The ringtones are brilliant (well most of them) - far better than the Sony phones. I can choose from business-like tones to a 'my god' who has a phone with cool tones like that responses. If you really like the techy phones and find them easy to use, then this phone does just that. If you just need a phone for...well, as a phone then this one may be just a bit over the top....by miles! Picture messaging is still in it's infancy so the built-in camera may not be used to it's full capability, but it is there waiting and ready for it to happen. I did think about waiting for the Panasonic GD87 to hit the streets but in todays technology you may always be waiting. If you sign up to Vodaphone then at present you can't send pictures or use GPRS but that will change I am told in October/November. I bought mine sim free as the residual value is higher. If you buy a T mobile or Orange one then they are locked (non GSM).
