The positives first. It's a light, smart looking phone and the navigation wheel is something I'll miss.
On the negative side you can't hear a thing when there's background noise, it's particularly bad when it's windy. The vibration is a non-event. The buttons are too small and restrictive when typing fast. I hoped the record option for ring tones would be more impressive too but a lack of volume and the poor quality make it unusable. And finally it's maybe just my phone, but it also has a nasty habit of not indicating new answerphone messages and switching itself without warning!
