Looks, features, battery life, screen, ease to use, reception, ringtones.
Reliablity.
This is short but to the point. The Sony CMD-Z7 is the Caprice of mobile phones (great looks/body). The downsides were that it was a one for turning off during a phone call and when on standby. The battery quality wasn't brilliant (lasted ages though) so simple to use with the jog dial, and texting was dead simple. I even set up my email account on it so that I could send and receive my emails whilst I'm out. Never let me down at all. I got it unlocked to all networks the reception was still as strong as ever. This is definitely a phone to consider if you want style. I had lots of people trying to steal it off me around school because it's just such a cool little phone. If you buy a second hand one, track down a brand new battery to install then it will be fantastic. 2nd hand prices are around £50 because they are so sort after. I owned it for 3 years and only changed it due to colour screens and cameras becoming available. I gave it my best mate, who is still using it today after only one repair. This phone that he is using is like 5 years old now and it's still going!!!
