It's easy to work with. You and can store your own sounds and phone tones with the record facility.
Freezes - Didn't know it was a problem but see others have same issue.
I got 2 of them, both given to me by the same guy... My Mrs has one, I have the other, but my Nokia 3100 is my main one, this is a handy backup. The wifes does freeze now and then, but mine is flawless ( haha ) bit dated now, but still nice to have, especially for the record thingy.
