Easy to use layout, good size screen with large text, very competitive price.
No function to download or use phone manager software (despite what it says in the user manual).
If NEC and The Carphone Warehouse (who own TalkTalk) had conducted thorough user testing prior to release this combination would virtually sell itself. As it is current owners have to do the Beta Testing. Buy this when they have sorted out the bugs. Shame because it's a great little phone.
