Excellent digital ring-tones. Future-thinking '3D' interface. Slick graphics. Pick-up-and-play ease of use competes with Nokia. Lots of handy features... WAP, scheduler, 'to do' list, dual time and alarm. Predictive text learns your language style, including vulgarities... no more 'ducking'! : )
First set returned because wouldn't talk to automated menu systems... eg "press 1 to hear your voicemail"... it didn't (yes, DTMF Was selected). Second handset, software prone to unpredictable resetting and sometimes crashes. Not much in the way of shortcuts to common functions (lotsa key presses!). Some 'obvious features', such as retrieving numbers from SMS messages (you can't even save the sender's number... have to use pen and paper, ugh!). Not so user-friendly as it appears! 'Feminine' lines.
High Fidelity! The Sony CMD J7 mobile phone sounds great... your friends will turn their heads to hear where the tune is coming from. Menu is made from a rotating 'pearl necklace' of icon bearing orbs, which are good for the eyes! Cool, but with teething troubles.
