Good Points: Nice features, bluetooth sending bundles instead of one at a time! slim, nice shoots.
Bad Points: It`s nice but only because it`s slim!! personally I prefer Nokia
General comments: Samsung D900 Review - Screen cracking, keypad jammed after 1 yr and 6 months, the volume is very low, no fm radio, the memory card is not worth it buying it gives you a lot of hassle to use it !!! it doesn`t do all the features as it tells you in the book !! At night the pictures are not clear although you use the flash! On the book it tells you that you can capture the video for 2 hrs long but it`s not true!!!!

I think that the Samsung D900 phone is very reliable and hard wearing, on the other hand after 18 months a few of the buttons did crack.
I like the appearance of the Samsung D900 because of its sleek and thin format. highly recommended!

My d900 has been dropped down the stairs, into water twice, onto pavements, roads, floors. It just bounces and then works fine!
So they screen cracking thing doesn't happen all the time I'd say.
Overall I love this phone, it's been great. Only now, after 2 years am I having to trade it in (it's suddenly stopped texting). Overall though, easy to use, reliable, hard wearing and hard working.

I would not now purchase this phone as the thickness of the phone results in stress on the screen which then cracks. It is a shame that this happens as the phone is otherwise OK.

Samsung D900 has a very good camera and I find it great for downloading songs, well recommended by me as I have no bad points to make.
I like this phone very much, I have the pink one.

The Samsung D900 is a good phone that's badly made. The phone screen cracks at the slightest touch, been through 4 in the last year.

Was happy originally but must admit cannot wait for my time to run out so can get an upgrade.
When I close the screen after texting the wording is still visible -therefore I think the screen is on its way out.
Also it does not seem to keep charged for very long and signal can be temperamental.Wouldn't recommend.

Do NOT buy a Samsung D900. The phone is not fit for purpose. My screen cracked (bled) internally for no apparent reason after just 6 months. Didn't drop it, didn't put pressure on the screen. Whilst only 6 months old and still within the 12 month warranty, Carphone Warehouse abdicated all responsibility for the product they sold me for £360, fobbing me off to Samsung. Samsung automatically denied the fault is a manufacturing one (which it clearly is, just read other blogs!) and said there ...

After a week's use I am impressed by the handiness and feature set of this phone. Good pictures, sound, calls and very customisable. Good for "posing". But, Because the battery is very poor with a measly 750 mAH, with a vulnerable, easy to scratch screen,I will be using this phone only for a night out, etc. For regular speech use I will continue with my 3510i. It lasts nearly 2 weeks between charges (original battery!) and you can't beat that fact for genuine reliability and convenience.

I have had my Samsung D900 for little over 10 months, and it has served me quite well over the past few years. It is a stylish and slim phone with good looks and a nice bright screen. A micro SD card slot allows for large memory - I have upgraded mine to a 1GB card. However, this is negated because of the frankly awful music player system on this phone. To play any selection of music on this phone (which is unrewarding because of the dreadful headphones), you must create a separate playlist and ...

Don't get the Samsung D900. I had it for about 3 months. Didn't drop it or hit it, it just cracked. This is due to the poor slider quality requiring the user to press on the screen to open the phone. Reception is atrocious and once it cuts out completely (eg. due to train tunnel) it takes AGES to decide that its got reception back, even though you know it should have reception.

The Samsung D900 is an OK phone.
It lets you stay in contact with other people so good on that point, but if you want a phone with great features, this is NOT it!
Picture quality is poor for a 3MP camera and the music file access is just plain crazy.
If you just go on looks though, you won't be too far off.

Overall, I'm fairly pleased with my D900, BUT some things do need to be improved. I find texting quite a palaver and I get really annoyed when numbers keep appearing instead of letters. Also I find if you hit the wrong key it automatically asks you if you want to save the text to draft! Why cant you just go back to where you left off?
My main gripe is the signal, I seem to always have less signal than other people, even if we're in the same vicinity and on the same network. Another thing I don' ...

DON'T Buy this phone. I have had my D900i for just over a month and to my horror I found out it has an extremely week screen and cracks under very little pressure. Not to mention the reception seems poor and when other people call my phone they hear a loud annoying buzzing sound. Plus the software for the computer is faulty as I cannot transfer my text messages due to an error. Samsung were unable or unwilling to assist in fixing these problems so do yourself a favour and DON'T BUY THIS PHONE.

Overall a good phone. Nice big screen, good camera, good features. Only bad things really are the MP3 player and the lack of a message counter.
