Good Points: 32 channel polyphonic sound system, Infa-Red, excellent battery life, comfortable and smooth joystick, decent SMS and OUTSTANDING MMS, Good Organiser package and wonderful WAP browser.
Bad Points: For the price, none, OTHER than the buttons being on the stiff side.
General comments: First of all I must admit that the Sony
Ericsson T310 is worth every penny. Normally it is said that you get what you pay for BUT with this phone you get more than what you pay for.
The 'option/menu key' and 'joystick' makes navigating the phone menus and wap sites a quick process, compared to some phones where it takes more than one click to enter a site or sumbit a form. Usually the joystick gets the job done without any need to use any other buttons...unless you need to type something OR delete something.
The SE-T310 having Infa-Red is a good feature as users can exchange ringtones, pictures, themes etc. without having to pay for it (Infa-Red is network independent).
The SMS and MMS feature on this phone greatly exceeds that of other phones. Where MMS is concerned, I'm yet to see a TIMER, COLOUR tool or SLIDE SHOW feature on other mobiles. Playing games on this phone makes you feel like you are playing a console system (Nintendo, Playstation etc.).
The camera accessory is good enough to make you want to play with it all day long, teaching and earning you some photographic skills along the way.
A BONUS is that the SONY ERICSSON T310 has features of higher priced model phones.
There are so many great features which adds to making this phone a masterpiece.

This T310 is my first Sony Ericsson mobile phone. I bought this phone 3 days ago. To make this review short, I will summarize the "problems" I've encountered with this mobile phone. Color Screen - the pictures I received looks dull. Battery Life - my battery lasts for less than a day. GPRS/GSM Data - I can't disconnect the connection for GPRS/GSM Data and still view the current page in WAP unlike in Nokia phones where the connection may be disconnected and still view the WAP page. MMS - some MMS ...

Although the Sony Ericsson T310 does not have as much features as my T68i, it is still an excellent phone for any causal users. Also, it has poly ring tone and downloadable game which the T68i lacks. More importantly, the price for the T310 is so cheap (at least in Canada) that its almost a steal. (NB: I pay US$33 with no contract to sign from Fido)
The only bad thing I have to say about the T310 (or any SE phone as a matter of fact), is the below average reception. But then again, it also d ...

I got the sony ericsson T310 for £100 with the camera on pay as you go. This was a bargain as when i was looking on the internet at the price of the phone, the phone was £120 and the camera was £90. For that deal go to the orange shop. It is great for games but if your not into games this phone is easy to use anyway. Buy the camera it is great.

I got the Sony Ericsson T310 recently and have found that this is a phone of great convenience. It's pleasant and easy to use, and the battery seems to last for days. The graphic screen can display up to 256 colours and there's plently of games / applications, such as Tony Hawks Pro Sk8er 4. This is the first Sony Ericsson phone I've bought and the outcome is owning a sturdy and reliable phone with a cosmetically appealing menu and plenty of applications to keep one happy.

Phone is very easy to use, the menu system is clear and accurate. Icons and the little joystick make it much simpler to navigate. buttons are not too small to press
Screen is bright and clear, good contrast.
T9 text is very easy to use (space button changed from my old Siemens).
Voice quality is clear, ringtones are loud enough.

Though at first i loved this cute looking small phone but when i got a camera as it's accesories it's problems started cropping up. The camera doesn't give the quality you look for(I am talking about the latest MCA-25).It's zoom feature is also not of that standard. Only good thing as camera accesory is the effects that you can choose from given 10. Games are disaster they seems chewing dust infront of colour games like Air Glide, Bowling and Sky Diver intoduced by Nokia in 3530. Tony skater pro ...

As my 1st sony erricsson. I love it! i keep wanting to play with the camera, i love the features and the fact that you can save them as a screensaver or background is cool. it also has a record option but you cant record your own ringtones which is a shame, but u can compose. It has a few great polyphonic ringtones already, and you can download them. the sound quality is great. probably the best ive heard so far, this is i think its greatest feature. good games and you can down load more. it was ...

This phone is a really masterpiece. It has the nicest design and size and a comfortable joystick which makes things really easier (games, etc.) The 32-channel polyphonic sound pumps out the greatest ringtones i have ever heard. I don't regreat a second for buying this phone. My advice: If your gonna buy a phone with a lots of functions and fun, buy this!

After years of Nokia bull it's a relief to get a phone like the Sony Ericsson T310 that has solid character and lots of capabillities. This phone thinks because it is made so well thought thru'. After 10 weeks of busy daily use I wish Sony Ericsson truly the best with this new phone (and the big brother T610). Well done to this troubled phone-maker partnership!

The T310 is a dream upgrade to the T300, which was a good phone. The upgrade features an attachable FM radio which comes with some network packages, colourful 256 colour screen and fabulous entertainment with a great range of games. These include Tony hawks Pro Skater 4 and MiniGolf which (even if your not a big fan of mobile games) will keep u occupied for a long while. The predictive texting is handy and the reception and signal quality is simply superb. All in all a terrific phone and well wo ...
