Good Points: Most versatile and user friendly mobile one can come across.
Bad Points: Did not notice any
General comments: I am totally lost since I dropped my Samsung D600 phone and the display got damaged. Looking for one in India, as I dont seem to get adjusted to any other phone.

I decided to buy one of these off the internet after my Samsung Z500 died after drowning during a ride at a theme park.. The D600 so far has been a phone that feels good to hold, and if you are after a quite-cheap slider phone, get one of these. It looks, however, like the Samsung C300, although a C300 has no camera or any other features, for example.. this phone is an alternative at around a few pound more and has more features unlike the C300. Great design with a very solid feel to it. A breeze to navigate around, no need to read a manual as the menus are so well laid out. Keys are a decent size which comes in handy for texting. Inbuilt camera takes quite decent photos even in lower lit rooms. Overall a very well designed phone. After having owned many Nokia models in the past, I'm now a Samsung convert!

This is the best of all phones. It is an all-round perfect phone that is unbeaten in my mind. I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic Battery life (lasted almost 5 days with medium usage), utterly brilliant camera for a 2mp (owned a 3.2mp and a 5mp since and they are still not as good as the D600's camera). The camcorder is fantastic. The look is pretty good and the features are good.

I have a Samsung D500 and inherited the D600 off my daughter who was onto the latest Nokia. I love my D500 and find the D600 generally a good phone although the battery life is poor, and why can't it slide as slickly as the D500? Aside from those two gripes I can't really fault it (especially as it was free!).

Had the D600 for six months and I use it mainly for calls and messages. It's a good quality phone with easy keying for text messages and strong, clear voice calls. I don't use the camera much but it does take good pictures. Biggest problem is battery life. 300 hours on standby? Not a chance. I keep Bluetooth off and use power saving mode but still get only 80-100 hours life. My sister has the same problem with her D600 so it's not a one-off case. An overall good phone, ideal for people who want the extras but also want a business phone. It gives all the features that anyone could want in a phone at a budget price compared to other mobile phones. Orange is also very helpful at setting the phone up, Orange provides a 50% of you top-up each month for free which is very helpful for those people who top their phones up every other month.

This is a great phone, I would choose it over the current Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola phones available currently. A shame about the high price though, you have to hunt hard to buy it at a reasonable price.

After using this phone for over a year I cant bear it anymore and have changed back to my old Nokia.I find any task overly complicated to carry out,eg saving a phone number sent by text or anything to do with navigating around the menus. Appearance is good but software lets it down big time. First and last Samsung. Fit for the bin!!

The D600 is a great mobile phone, simailar to the D500, but very well improved: the quality of the sound, video and photos is without doubt much better.
It comes with a TV connector and a USB cable so you can exchange files with your computer. Also the connections made to the phone have a clip- on feature so your phone cannot go lost as easly!!

I have had my Samsung D600 a few weeks off a year now and still I am amazed with the quality. The video and playback are excellent and I have often uploaded vids on to You Tube. The camera is also good with 2 mega Pixels.
The only thing I do not like is the texting - even after this amount of time I still can't get used to the predictive text. What I hate the most is that the the words I type the most are the ones it will automatically change eg ME always comes out as OF and AM as AN even th ...

I brought a third phone 7 months ago, i'v had so many phones and none was as good as the D600. I have seen so many new mobile phones come out and I considered buying another one but non of them was as good looking and has brilliant features like the D600. I wouldn't consider changing my phone until Samsung introduces a better phone than the D600, which will be very hard I don't know how they can improve the D600.

Not quite the phone I was expecting when I upgraded to this phone a year, especially the lack of voice dialing, non intuative texting, and not being able to have vibrating and ringing tone at the same time. I can`t wait until next week when I can upgrade to a phone that does not have these issues, considering an N series Nokia as a replacement

I think this phone is amazing I just can't keep it out of my hand there is so many features and so many well things 2 do you also get 3 great 3d games on the phone- i only play these when I'm really dead bored. I highly recommend this phone to a buyer you could possibly get one for £100-£150 I got mine for £140 plus a free DVD player from LX direct . I got my Samsung D600 for Christmas (fankoo Santa). Anyway, this is a mint phone! It is very good for people who like to listen to music! It's a smart looking phone as well! I love it! It has got so much built into a small phone.
